1. Soybeans

Beetroot boosts blood circulation to the muscles and bodybuilders need its help. It is also good for endurance and lowers your blood pressure too.

7. Nuts

Almonds, peanuts and other nuts are not just good snacks. They offer some protein, healthy fat and even some calcium too. Body builders need nuts.
